More than just a student-led organisation, YBB is a leadership development platform created exclusively for UCSI University and UCSI College scholarship recipients — students who have earned their place through academic merit, leadership potential, and a desire to make a difference.

Founded with a simple yet powerful aspiration, YBB empowers youth to step beyond their comfort zones, take ownership of their ideas, and transform them into meaningful action. Through every programme, YBB doesn’t just speak about leadership — it lives it.

At YBB, we believe leadership is not defined by titles, but by vision, courage, and a relentless commitment to impact. As an advisor, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing how this youth-led movement has shaped confident, compassionate, and future-ready changemakers who are redefining what it means to lead with heart.

Every YBB initiative is more than just an event — it is a learning ground, a test of resilience, and a celebration of creativity and purpose. Whether it’s:

• Nurturing student entrepreneurs through Breadboard and its business incubation programme,
• Empowering refugee communities through the Hands of Hope initiative,
• Driving environmental action through sustainability campaigns and Zero Waste projects,
• Developing leadership skills through the NEXT Youth Leadership Programme, or
