What is FLES 2024
FLES is YBB’s flagship event series that aims to bring in distinguished corporates leaders, industry leaders, and community champions from different areas and expertise to share their insights on youth empowerment, leadership and career development. This is where young leaders are given the opportunity to interact with successful leaders to exchange ideas and build networks.
FLES 2024 features a leadership conference themed LeadXelerate the Future, that highlights the importance of youth leadership in accelerating progress Not only that, it also features a Career Simulation Bootcamp that prepares you to be career ready youths and the opportunity to showcase your talents to industry leaders out there.
- Lunch is provided for both LeadXelerate the Future leadership conference and Career Simulation Bootcamp.
Smart casual, strictly no slippers/sandals are allowed.
Resumes could be prepared if you wish for it to be passed to exhibitors. Research into the subject and speakers could also further enhance your experiences.
Yes, participants are encouraged to attend all the sessions within the conference and the career simulation. However do keep in mind the tickets are sold separately.

No, all participants would have to pre-register for the event through our Website.

Yes, for LeadXelerate the Future leadership conference it will be RM15, for Career Simulation Bootcamp it will be RM35 (TBA for CS)

The event is held within walking distance from Ikon Connaught bus stop. Participants can get here by T410 Mrt feeder bus.
